3. Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park

Only from May to November in the dry season can you visit the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park. That is because the hard and treacherous roads to the park really don’t allow you to pass on rainy days. The park belongs to the karst landscape, composed of the stone forest and river valley. It is full of solid, drought-resistant, sharp and steep stone forests that can be called the most spectacular stone structure scenery in the world. 

4. Andasibe-Mantadia National Park

In Andasibe National Park, you can visit rainforests, waterfalls and lakes. A lot of specific flora and fauna such as lemurs, birds and reptiles can also be seen on your journey here. Besides, there is a 162-meter-long suspension bridge that gives you a magnificent views over the entire rainforest. And only here lives one of the strangest looking and rarest species of lemurs, aye-aye. If you want to have a good look at them, you can come in this season of less rain.

Independence Day

Independence Day is a public holiday in Madagascar, ceremoniously celebrated on June 26th each year. Famadihana

Famadihana is one of the major religious festivals in Madagascar. It usually starts in June and lasts for three months. And they pay tribute to their ancestors by conducting parades and ritual dance. However, this ceremony is held every seven years.
