When taking pictures on the tower, hold your phone against the glass to avoid reflections and handshaking.
The door of the elevator and the top of the Skytree are transparent, so you can enjoy the scenery clearly.
There is no limit on the duration of the visit in Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria, but the crowds will make you want to get out there as quickly as possible.

How to Go Up to the Decks

From entrance on 4th floor, you can take the elevator directly to 350th floor Tembo Deck. Then, you need to change to another elevator to 445th floor Tembo Galleria.

How to Get Down from the Decks

There is an elevator running downward from 450th floor to 345th floor. After, walk down to 340th floor, where there is an elevator taking you down to the 5th floor, the exit floor.

2. Test Mettle on High Glass Floor

Walking on the glass floor on Tembo Deck needs courage. The transparent glass gives you a sense of weightlessness. Some visitors stepped onto the glass floor out of curiosity but were unable to move forward because of their weak legs. Looking at the view from the clear glass under your feet, the thrill will make your adrenaline rush. People who are afraid of heights are advised not to try.

Tokyo Solamachi refers to the caried commercial facilities located on the lower floors of the Tokyo Skytree, containing nearly 300 stores, such as outfit shops, restaurants, and recreation facilities. The first and second floors of Tokyo Solamachi sell food and groceries, and there are many brand stores. The 3rd floor is Solamachi Tabe Terrace, gathering the majority of restaurants and allowing tourists to taste Japanese food, Western food, Chinese food, and desserts. The 4th floor is Japanese Souvenir Hall, which brings together a number of hand gift shops mainly reflecting the Japanese style. The 5th floor hosts some recreational and cultural facilities, like SUMIDA AQUARIUM, Chikyunoniwa Kids Garden, HADO ARENA, and Lovely Animore.
