Highlights of Santiago and Lakes District

As your plane arrives at Santiago airport, you'll be picked up and get the private transfer service to the hotel. Later after a short break, you will start the Santiago tours with the guide and the driver. We'll go to Cerro San Cristóbal, La Moneda Palace and Plaza de Armas. You can enjoy the mountain scenery as well as the cityscapes down the hill at Cerro San Cristóbal; and see the splendid palace of the presidents - La Moneda Palace. As for Plaza de Armas, it's a historical landmark in the city.

We will head to Valparaiso, the cultural city 130 km (80.8 miles) away from Santiago de Chile. We need 1.5 hours or so to get to the city with unique buildings and graffiti. We will experience funicular cable car with highly sloped route, and go to visit Plaza Echaurren, Valparaiso Port, old bank block, Concepción and Alegre Hill; many art studios also gather here. On the way back to Santiago de Chile, we're to visit Casas del Bosque winery in Casablanca Valley. It is a winery where you can see vast vineyard and taste delicious wine.

Transferred by the driver to Santiago de Chile airport, you'll then take the 1h 20min flight to Temuco. Upon landing, our local driver will take you to your hotel in Pucon from Temuco Airport. Pucon is the best city for adventure in Chile, and you will go to Villarrica Volcano with the local guide and the driver after a short break. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the foot of this volcano by car. The guide will accompany you to hike through the field lava flew, primitive forest and parasite craters. We'll also offer you a picnic cooked with local ingredients.

We'll have a great time in Huerquehue National Park today. After 50 minutes' drive from the hotel, we'll get to this 30,888-acre park to enjoy the thriving flora and fauna, lagoons and waterfalls on the section of Andes Mountain Range, such as Toro lagoon and Chico Lake. On our way back we will visit a friendly mapuche family and have a local dinner there.

Today, the driver will transfer you to Puerto Varas, the next destination of your Santiago tour package. We’ll arrive in Puerto Varas in 4 hours. On the way, we will have a short visit to Puerto Octay. In this port city, we will hang out at the historical block to learn local history and culture. Then we will have Lunch in a very good restaurant with spectacular view over the Lake Llanquihue and Osorno volcano. Then we'll drive to Osorno Volcano . We will walk on the paths to appreciate the beauty of Andes Mountain Range, the lake and majestic Osorno Volcano. Later, Drive for about 40 minutes to visit the rushing Petrohué Falls. After today' sightseeing, send you back to the hotel.

After breakfast, we will go to Frutillar by car in about 25 minutes. Frutillar is the city on the northwest bank of Lake Llanquihue, with charming landscapes all year round, colorfully painted houses, gardens and modern stage theater Teatro Del Lago. We will stroll around the Lake Llanquihue and see volcanos of Osorno and Puntiagudo far away, and then visit German Colonial Museum to learn Frutillar's history.

After that, go back to your hotel. After a short rest, you'll get a drop-off by the driver to Puerto Montt Airport, and catch a plane to Santiago de Chile. Upon arrival at Santiago de Chile airport, the local driver will transfer you to the hotel for overnight stay.
