Day 1: Manila Airport Pick-up
Welcome to Manila, the starting place of your Philippines honeymoon package! Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up and escort you to your hotel in downtown Manila. The ride will take about 40 minutes.
► Free Time Recommendations in Manila (at your own expense) The hotel we chose for you is in the BGC area, one of Manila’s most modern and international districts, with trendy streets and vibrant nightlife. After settling in, you could stroll along Bonifacio High Street to soak up the city’s atmosphere. For your dinner, Uptown Mall, a 10-minute walk north, offers many restaurants, including Manam (9th Ave, Taguig, Metro Manila), a good choice for traditional Filipino dishes such as crispy sisig and beef short ribs. The average cost is around USD 20 per person.
► Best Time to Visit the Philippines As a tropical country, the Philippines has an average year-round temperature of about 27 °C (80 °F), with a dry season from November to May and a rainy season from June to October. For the best island-hopping experience in Boracay and the natural beauty of Palawan, we suggest December to February, when you can also enjoy immersive cultural experiences at various festivals, including the Sinulog Festival in Cebu and Holy Week. March to May is less crowded than peak season, making it perfect for off-peak island exploration and visiting historical sites. During the rainy months of June to August, our urban sightseeing-based itineraries are recommended.

Day 2: Manila Tour: Rizal Park, Intramuros Old Town & American Cemetery and Memorial
This morning, your private guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and accompany you on a Manila city tour. First, let’s visit Rizal Park, Manila’s largest city park, named after Jose Rizal (1861-1896 AD), one of the most revered revolutionary heroes and the “Father of the Philippines”. He is said to have spoken up to 22 languages and published several revolutionary works in Spanish to resist Spanish colonial rule, which ultimately led to his execution. When you see a tall, prominent monument, that’s where Rizal is buried. Above it stands a bronze statue of Rizal, flanked by statues of his mother nursing him and his father teaching him.
Near Rizal Park lies Intramuros Old Town, Manila’s most historically significant district. Filled with colonial and religious buildings, it bears witness to Manila’s past 400 years. We’ll visit some of the most iconic sites, such as Manila Cathedral and the stone San Agustin Church, tour the Casa Manila Museum and Fort Santiago, which bears witness to the city’s turbulent history of invasion and Rizal’s heroic sacrifice. Following in Rizal’s final footsteps in the fort, you could feel the touch of the tragic epic of this land.
Next, head to SM Mall of Asia, one of the world’s top shopping centers. Facing Manila Bay, the mall offers not only a modern, fashionable vibe but also beautiful sea views. Afterward, we will drive to a place of reflection, the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. You may be surprised to find an American cemetery in Manila’s busy area. In fact, the neatly arranged white cross tombstones on the open grass commemorate the somber history of more than 17,000 American soldiers who died fighting the Japanese army in the Philippines during World War II (1939-1945 AD). It’s said that the Philippines gifted this land to the United States, making the cemetery arguably part of American territory.
From here, you can also catch a glimpse of Manila’s complex cityscape: on one side of the cemetery are the towering skyscrapers of BGC, while on the other are the slum shanties, always on the verge of power outages. Although the chaotic slums are separated from the wealthy area by only a wall, the bright lights there remain an unattainable dream for the poor. After all visits, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Day 3: Fly from Manila to Caticlan, Private Transfer to Boracay
This morning, your driver will escort you to Manila Airport for a one-hour flight to Caticlan. Upon arrival, your local driver will pick you up and accompany you to your hotel on Boracay Island, which is a 40-minute ride. You are free to enjoy the rest of your day by yourself after arriving at your hotel.
► Recommended Free Time Activities (at your own expense) Boracay, though not large in size, is renowned for its fine white sand, which Lonely Planet has praised as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Your hotel is right next to the most popular White Beach, offering unobstructed views of the vast sea, making it a perfect spot to watch a sunset with your loved one. A five-minute walk south along the beach will take you to D’Mall, Boracay’s most vibrant area, filled with souvenir shops, hubs, and restaurants. If you want to try some local cuisine, there are plenty of options, including Filipino barbecue and seafood dishes.

Today, we will delve into the beauty of Boracay. Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel, and then let’s head for the exciting Boracay island hopping! We specially arrange the tour in the morning to help you avoid the scorching sun and enjoy better sea conditions and scenery.
You can swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Coral Garden, searching for turtles and butterflyfish. Enjoy leisurely time with your lover at Tambisaan Beach and Bolabog Beach, and discover adorable shells and pieces of coral at Puka Beach and Crocodile Island. Weather permitting, we’ll also visit Diniwid Beach or Ilig-iligan Beach, where you can sunbathe on the tranquil beaches. At noon, you’ll enjoy a seafood barbecue against the backdrop of pleasant sea views. After that, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.
► Recommendation for Taking Great Pictures in Boracay (at your own expense) If you’d like social media-worthy photos or videos, consider handing your camera or phone to local boys on the beach. They’re very skilled at helping tourists find good shooting angles and pose for great photos. You can get fantastic shots for a tip of 100-150 pesos (USD 1.5-2.5). Give it a try if you’re interested.

Today, you are free to continue exploring Boracay as you like. In the morning, you may participate in thrilling water activities, such as cliff diving from 3 to 15 meters (10-50 ft.) at Ariel’s Point. For your safety, we suggest choosing reputable qualified operators, and pay attention to the weather and your physical state. If you prefer to get away from the crowds and enjoy some private time with your beloved, you can take a hike on Mount Luho, embracing the tranquility and overlooking the lush forests and sea from Boracay’s highest point. In the late afternoon, enjoy a traditional Philippine parasailing experience with your partner, capturing your romantic honeymoon memories against the magnificent sunset.
In the evening, you could head to Boracay’s popular seafood market D’Talipapa to select some fresh fish and shrimps, and have them cooked in the Filipino way at a nearby restaurant. Remember to bring small change, and don’t hesitate to bargain for 70% or even half of the asking price. Later, you may immerse yourself in the live music at a beach bar or club to take in Boracay’s intoxicating night vibe.

Day 7: Cebu & Lapu-Lapu Twin City Tour
After breakfast, your private guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and we will first visit Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island. The city is named after Lapu-Lapu (1491-1542 AD), widely regarded as the Philippines’ first national hero, who led indigenous people in resisting Ferdinand Magellan’s (1480-1521 AD) colonial invasion in 1521 AD and killed Magellan. To commemorate him, the locals erected the Lapu-Lapu Monument we see today. Interestingly, you can also see the Mactan Shrine in the same location, built to express gratitude to Magellan for bringing Catholicism to the Philippines. Our next stop is Alegre Guitars Factory. Embracing sunshine and tropical islands, Filipinos’ love for music and musical instruments is in their genes, especially guitars and ukuleles. Here, surrounded by high-quality handcrafted guitars, you can watch wood being turned into guitars, enjoy impromptu performances by locals, and find guitar-shaped souvenirs such as fridge magnets and keychains. This visit is all about the experience, and there’s absolutely no obligation to purchase.
Afterward, you will enjoy a 1.5-hour private transfer to TOPS Cebu on Busay Mountain. On a clear day, you could even see the city of Lapu-Lapu in the distance and the shimmering sea. There are also decent restaurants on the mountain: Tops of Cebu offers breathtaking views, and Balay sa Busay serves authentic local cuisine. We’ll choose one for lunch based on your preference.
Unlike other Southeast Asian countries, which are predominantly Muslim and Buddhist, the Philippines has an over 80% Catholic population. The story began when Magellan brought Catholicism to Cebu in 1521 AD, and now we can still see the massive wooden Magellan’s Cross and witness the enduring power of faith. Next, follow your guide to visit the UNESCO-listed Basilica Minore Del Sto. Nino, and see the venerated wooden statue of the Child Jesus from 1521 AD. After listening to the city’s stories at the Heritage of Cebu Monument, let’s explore the historical legacy of Cebu’s Chinese community: the Yap-San Diego Ancestral House, a residence of a Chinese business family, and the Cebu Taoist Temple. After that, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Day 8: Cebu Island Hopping: Hilutungan Island, Nalusuan Island & Pandanon Island
Today, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and accompany you on an island-hopping tour of Cebu. While snorkeling, diving, and swimming near Hilutungan Island and Nalusuan Island, you can discover colorful coral, tropical fish, and starfish in the clear waters. At Pandanon Island, you can stroll along the long, secluded sandbar with unspoiled scenery ideal for photos, or walk in the shallows, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere and taking in the azure sea view. After a special local seafood barbecue we prepared for you, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.
► Tips 1. Take some change with you if you want to try coconuts or snacks on the islands, but we do not recommend it because they may be overpriced. 2. It’s better to bring your own towel, water bottle, and coral-friendly sunscreen.

Day 9: Cebu to Palawan Island by Plane; Half-day Puerto Princesa City Sightseeing
This morning, you will enjoy a private transfer from your hotel to Cebu Airport, where you will take a one-hour flight to Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan. Upon arrival, your guide and driver will meet you and escort you to your hotel. After a short break, put on your comfortable shoes and follow your guide to begin the city exploration.
We will first head to the seaside for a stroll along the Puerto Princesa Baywalk to enjoy the views of the sea and the moored fishing boats. Then, visit the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, a Gothic cathedral built in 1872 AD. Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it is a significant spiritual center for the locals. It is more commonly known as the “blue cathedral” because its façade and windows were once light blue. Although it’s now painted white, its serene and sacred atmosphere remains unchanged.
Next, we’ll continue to Mitra’s Ranch atop a hill, once the home of the famous Filipino statesman Ramon Mitra (1928-2000 AD). Take a deep breath of the fresh air and enjoy an escape from the bustling city while taking in the breathtaking vista of Puerto Princesa and Honda Bay. If interested, you may also try ziplining or horseback riding here at your own expense. Finally, let’s visit the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center to experience Palawan’s natural charm. As it’s mainly dedicated to rescuing and hatching crocodiles, you’ll have a chance to observe crocodile eggs and baby crocodiles, and even see crocodiles over 70 years old. After the visit, your guide and driver will escort you back to your hotel.

Day 10: Puerto Princesa: Subterranean River National Park Exploration
After breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel, and we will drive for 1.5 hours to Subterranean River National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sabang Village. The subterranean river stretches 8.2 kilometers (5 mi.), making it the world’s longest, and is a paradise for adventurers.
After traversing lush primeval forests by pump boat, you will reach the entrance to the hidden river. Delving deeper into karst caves along the serpentine waterway by canoe, you may be awestruck by the wonders of this secret world, where bizarrely shaped stalactites seem to drip from the ceiling and some chambers are so majestic, reaching a stunning height of 60 meters (200 ft.). However, the only sounds you will hear in the caves are the echoes of dripping water and the squeak of bats. As your guide directs, you’ll discover life scenes in the dark underworld: above, bats and swallows sleep among the jagged crevices and rock layers, and below, fish swim in the water. ► Tips: Please wear waterproof clothing or bring a raincoat to avoid getting wet, and try to keep quiet during your visit to avoid disturbing the animals.
After the tour, your guide and driver will accompany you back to your hotel.

Day 11: Puerto Princesa: Honda Bay Island Hopping
In the morning, after picking you up from your hotel, your guide will accompany you to Honda Bay for the following island-hopping tour. First, we’ll land on Starfish Island. As the name suggests, you can spot lovely starfish and take fun photos with them, but we kindly suggest observing these small creatures rather than touching or removing them from the water. Cowrie Island, our next stop, boasts pristine white-sand beaches, clear waters, and vibrant coral reefs, where you can enjoy swimming or snorkeling. Luli Island is known for its unique sandbar that appears and disappears with the tides. If it’s at low tide, the island will be especially enchanting, with an almost circular sandbar, perfect for sunbathing and admiring the scenery. Please note that there may be shell or coral fragments on the beaches, so it’s better to wear beach shoes. After lunch, your guide will escort you back to your hotel.
