Costa Rica Volcano Tour

In the morning, our driver guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Then our Costa Rica volcano tours will begin. The first stop is La Fortuna where the Arenal Volcano is in. It is 147 kilometers (91 miles) away and we will get there in 3 hours. Along the way, you will visit the Poas Volcano, the Doka Coffee Plantation and La Paz Waterfall Gardens with driver guide. When take the Doka Coffee tour, you will know how to pick, clean, bake and grind the coffee bean. Finally the driver guide will transfer you to La Fortuna and check in the hotel.

Today is the highlight of the whole trip. We will guide you to explore Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridge Park to travel through the valleys and forests. Even several kilometers away, tourists can see the volcanic cloud and hear the booming roar when the volcano is in eruption. A comfortable bathing in Tabacon Hot spring will leave you a deep impression in the evening.

After Arenal Volcano tour, the driver will drive 4.5 hours to Manuel Antonio which is 230 kilometer (143 miles) away and meanwhile appreciate the wonderful scenery along the way. Besides, an excursion of Crocodile Shared Boat Tour Adventure Connection at Tarcoles River will be arranged for you to watch the performance of crocodiles on the way.

We will spend the whole morning hiking in Manuel Antonio National Park located on the Pacific coast. It is also likely to meet three-toed sloth, scarlet macaw, Resplendent Quetzal and other unique animals. After lunch, you can enjoy a leisure afternoon as you like, like sun bathing on the beach.

The morning is still your own free time. In the afternoon, we will set out to the hotel in San Jose with driver. The journey is 160 kilometers (100 miles) and takes us about 3 hours.
