Day 1: Arrival in Vienna; Airport Pick-up
Welcome to join this Vienna Salzburg package! Our driver will give you a warm welcome when you meet each other at Vienna Airport. Day 2: Baroque and Gothic Wonders in Vienna: the Schonbrunn Palace, the Hofburg
With the guide, you will have an in-depth Vienna discovery on this day, to visit Gothic churches, parks and palaces, and so on. Getting to famous Schonbrunn Palace, you could marvel at the grand Baroque architecture, and learn the magnificent history of Habsburg times. Later, you'll also be guided to the Hofburg, the former royal palace that used to be the power center of Austria. Today's guided tour ends here. Day 3: Visit the Wachau Valley and Take a Cruise on the Danube; Head for Durnstein
We will head to Durnstein today. After an hour's drive, reach the Wachau region, and pay a visit to Melk Abbey first. It is a beautiful Baroque building on the hill up the Wachau Valley. After that, go on the journey to Danube. There, visit a vineyard by the river, and taste the best white wine in Austria. Finally, we will enjoy a short cruise on the river. At the end of this day, we will get to the destination of the day - Durnstein and check in the hotel. Meals: Breakfast

Day 4: Hiking in the Salzkammergut Lake District; Drive to Hallstatt
Today the driver will send you to explore scenic Salzammergut Lake District. Following the local guide, you will take a hearty hiking around the place. The peaceful town, and lakes under the green hills, are all ravishing. After the hiking exploration, you will be sent to the hotel in Hallstatt. Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Travel to the Alpine Spa Town - Bad Ischl and Enjoy in Night Spa
Today, we will travel through the Alps, to go to Bad Ischl. Surrounded by the mountains that are covered with snow for most time in a year, Bad Ischl is an iconic town of hot spring. On arrival in the town and after checking in the hotel, you can take a walk at leisure on your own. At night, you could enjoy a spa to relax while immersing in the local culture. Meals: Breakfast

Day 6: Transfer to Salzburg; Visit the Hohensalzburg Fortress and Mozart Residence
The Alps stretches to Salzburg. Today, we will get there for an amazing experience. Upon arrival, visit the Hohensalzburg Fortress first. This fort, with pleasant environment on high, allows you to overlook the valley underneath and look far into the craggy peaks. Then we will visit Mozart Residence on Makart Square, and enjoy the Sound of Music tour by horse and carriage, to witness the beauty of the famed filming location. Day 7: 4-hour Driving Tour to the Bavarian Mountains of Berchtesgaden
We will go on a 4-hour driving tour to the Bavarian mountains of Berchtesgaden on this day. If it's May to October, we will go to see the Hitler's eagle's nest on the mountain top, where is a good place to have a bird's eye view to the city. Or we can take the cable car to the Untersberg Mountain. At the end, drive back to the hotel in Salzburg. Meals: Breakfast
